• Storing documents and correspondence using reputable, secure software and cloud storage providers

• Limiting access to personal and client information to Victor Alexander & Co. alone, as a solo operation

Some of the tools and platforms we use (for example, email and cloud storage providers) may store data on servers located overseas. Where this is the case, we only use providers that maintain comparable privacy and security standards to those required in New Zealand.

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except:

• Where necessary to deliver the services you've engaged us for (e.g. software or cloud service providers used to store or process information)

We retain personal and business information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, meet our contractual obligations to you, and comply with legal and tax requirements — including New Zealand's requirement to retain business records for at least 7 years.
